This is a Pearl free-floating 14x6.5 snare drum. The material is steel. This is a well-known free-floating deep shell snare drum, and it has the sound pressure and power unique to deep shell drums. The condition is as shown in the photos, and while there are some pits due to aging, it is still usable. The snare wires cover the entire surface, and I think it's a snare drum that responds to both powerful and delicate touches. Current Pearl products are made in Taiwan, but this snare drum is made in Japan. The stand in the photo is not included.
