I purchased this last year at Asahikawa Interior Center. It's made from leftover fabric from the arflex brand of cushions and sofas, and they sell them regularly. I bought it to carry a laptop, but I no longer need it, so I'm selling it. I've used it about 5 times. The fabric is wintery, a warm gray color, and it has an inner pocket. It's made very carefully.
