Offering 5kg of 2024 harvest Harumi rice screenings. These screenings are from the threshing process of rice grown in the mineral-rich Hyuga River, where Yamame and Rainbow Trout swim. The rice was cultivated with minimal pesticide use, only once during the early stages of planting. These are beautiful screenings with a good mix of colors. How about using them as feed for livestock or pets? Harumi rice is a successor to Kinuhikari, originating in Hiratsuka, and its name comes from "Shonan's sunny sea." Delivered as unpolished brown rice. *Due to the presence of small stones, straw, and other debris, it is not suitable for human consumption and is not recommended for that purpose.
