【Extremely Rare】Hokkaido Police Hokuto-kun Flocky Figure with Suction Cup. This item was found while organizing a storage room. This is a flocky figure of Hokuto-kun, the mascot character of the Hokkaido Police. I believe it was a non-sale novelty item given away at some kind of traffic safety event during the Heisei era. It has a string and a suction cup, and I think it was made to be attached to a car's windshield, etc., but since it's old, I'm not sure if the suction cup will stick properly. I've searched extensively, but there are no similar items listed on Mercari or other flea market/auction sites, making it quite valuable!
