This is fabric that the owner of a local shop brought back from Myanmar. I've forgotten the ethnic group's name. (I remember seeing similar fabric at the Chayhane store in Yokohama Chinatown.) Due to the loom, two pieces of fabric are joined and hand-stitched. As it is a large piece of fabric, the first image shows the fabric folded in half vertically, with the top part folded back. It is a used item, so there are some stains and damage, but I believe it is still usable. Width: approx. 118cm Length: approx. 210cm *Please forgive any errors as these are amateur measurements. I had intended to lay it on the floor and roll around on it during the summer, but I couldn't because I have cats, so it has been stored in a storage case since I purchased it.
