This is a set of 7 USB (female) to PS/2 (male) adapter converters. Six are from ELECOM, and the other one (purple) I don't remember the brand. They have been stored for a long time. As shown in the second image, there are no broken tabs. They should work without any problems, but I don't have an environment to test them, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
