There are many scratches like those in photo 9. All are in areas that are hidden by the fabric, but I've marked it as "with scratches and dirt." Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these details or are looking for a perfect item. Other than the above, there were no immediately noticeable stains or dirt.
