From what I can see indoors, it's a dark brown, darker than in the photos (I think the fourth photo is the closest). It's a reddish-brown color. This jacket was purchased during a trip to Europe and is made in Pakistan, with a label stating it's 100% sheepskin (see the third photo). It's soft to the touch and fits well, although it's slim-fitting. I've worn it a few times, and it's been stored in a closet for several years. There's no leather-specific smell, but since it's not new, please understand this before purchasing.
