I purchased this about 9 years ago from the United States. I've only used it indoors for organizing small items, so it hasn't been used outside. There are almost no scratches or stains, but because the material is made from recycled fabric, there are many wrinkles that don't come out. The parts that look black are not stains, but part of the original design. I plan to ship it via Yu-Packet Post.
