This is a beautiful vintage cup and saucer featuring a vibrant blue, Fukagawa Blue, with a green gradient. The backstamp reads "深川製" (Fukagawa Sei) with a picture of Mount Fuji and flowing water, indicating it was made in Japan during the Showa 30s-40s (1955-1974) for the domestic market. Cup: Diameter approx. 7.8cm, Height approx. 6cm Saucer: Diameter approx. 14.2cm The condition is good. Although unused, please judge from the photos as it has been stored by a private individual.
