This is a set of 2 Kin-Blade penlights: one for Kansai Juniors and one for the Junior Matsuri. Both have been tested and confirmed to light up! The Kansai Juniors penlight has some scratches, please check the images. The Matsuri Kin-Blade penlight is in relatively good condition.
