I received this item with a broken internal resin part, preventing the ball from launching. I repaired it using rubber I purchased from a home improvement store and modified. I've used it to launch balls approximately 500 times during my child's batting practice. However, please understand that I'm unsure of its long-term durability. I intended for my child to use it for independent practice, but they only used it a few times and stopped, so I'm putting it up for sale. I was using it up until a month ago. I confirmed its functionality before listing it. There is no instruction manual. I will ship it with the shipping label attached directly to the outer box.
