This is a donut cushion that can be used after childbirth. It had a moderate firmness and height, and was easy to use. Originally, I had prepared a general donut cushion, but I repurchased this U-shaped one because the U-shaped cushion used at the hospital was easier to use. Although there may be individual differences, I highly recommend the U-shaped type to those who are preparing for childbirth. I think it can still be used, but I am selling it because I will no longer be using it. I don't think it has been used much, but please understand that it is a used item before purchasing. The color is beige.
