I am selling this item because I no longer use it. I have used it about three times, including trying it on. It's made of black velvet, which feels very nice to the touch. Also, because it's velvet, I think it can be used year-round. The tag says "unisex," so it seems to be for both men and women. I personally think it's a beautiful item and in very good condition.
