Eames Shock Mount Parts Set of 2 (with 2 mounting screws) This is a set of 2 replacement shock mount parts for Eames shell chairs. It can be installed on FRP seats of Eames shell chairs, armchairs, and other vintage chairs. It is ideal for replacing broken shock mounts on Eames seats. ※ Approximately the same size as the genuine product, about 4.4cm in diameter x 1cm. The rubber is molded with a durable nut embedded inside, improving quality and preventing the nut from spinning or coming loose, which is common in conventional products from other companies. Color: Black Size: Approximately 4.4cm in diameter x 1cm Condition: New, unused Notes: As rubber molded parts, there may be fine scratches or stains overall due to the manufacturing process. Reference Installation Method: 01: After removing the shock mount attached to the seat shell, remove any adhesive residue with a scraper or sandpaper, and then clean the area to be attached with silicone off spray or thinner to remove oil and grease. 02: To increase the adhesion strength, lightly sand the surface of the shock mount parts to be glued. Then, degrease the area to be attached with silicone off spray or thinner. 03: Use commercially available adhesives such as Cemedine Super X (Black) or a two-part epoxy adhesive to firmly attach the shock mount. ※ When gluing, be sure to attach the shock mount while positioning it by placing the leg base to be used on the shock mount at the time of completion. 04: After gluing, place it in a well-ventilated place for about 3 days until it hardens completely, and then attach the leg base.
