Height: 10.5cm Body diameter: 7.4cm Mouth diameter: Approximately 2.5cm This is a thin-mouthed tokkuri (sake bottle). It appears to be painted using a technique similar to koma-nuri (top-like lacquer), with extremely fine horizontal stripes on the neck and base. Matching ochoko (sake cups) are also available. As it doesn't have a spout, you might mistake it for a flower vase if there were no cups... Because it has a tsurukubi (crane neck) shape, it's easy to arrange wildflowers with thin stems, and it's also a recommended shape as a vase. ^_^
