This is bolt of fabric that was stored in a Japanese chest at my parents' house. There are about 6 boxes of them, and I'm slowly sorting through them. It has a gray background with a gentle floral pattern. The colors and design are very elegant. It has been stored at home for a long time, so there may be some age-related deterioration. Upon inspection, there are no stains, but there are some wrinkles from being rolled up, as shown in photos 7 and 8. They seem to disappear when smoothed out by hand, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The wrinkles in the last photo are at the end of the roll, so they shouldn't affect the fabric, but I don't know much about Japanese tailoring. The fabric has a gentle, soft feel, and I really like the colors and pattern. This is a used item, so there may be minor oversights. Finally, when I was putting it back in the box, I found a small, faint stain, so I'm reporting it. It's a faint stain that I almost didn't notice. Please understand this before purchasing.
