I believe it's a Japan vintage piece from the time when rockabilly was popular due to American influence. Japan vintage items often run small, but this one has a boxy silhouette that allows for a loose fit. You won't easily find vintage shirts with this much width, even from the USA. It's in excellent condition with hardly any signs of wear. There are pinholes, likely from storage, but there's no fading, and it's clean considering its age. The sleeves have likely been shortened, and the previous owner wore them rolled up. Someone in the 160cm range (approx. 5'3") could probably wear it as is.
