I used this to hold warm mugi-cha (barley tea) for one season in the winter, and have stored it unused for the past few years. While in use, I regularly disassembled all the parts and packing and soaked them for cleaning. Upon close inspection, there is a little tea stain inside, but I think it will come off with polishing. I will sell it as is. Please check the above information along with the photos before purchasing. It will be shipped without the box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and in simple packaging.
