This is the PSP game "Minna no Golf Jou Vol. 1 GPS Receiver Included Edition." It seems you can use it on real golf courses in Chiba Prefecture, such as Ichinomiya Country Club, and Miyazaki Prefecture. It's a set that includes the Minna no Golf software and a GPS receiver. I purchased it at TSUTAYA in 2007. I haven't used it much, so the software itself is in good condition, but the outer box is torn. I don't have a PSP console, so I haven't confirmed that it works.
