There is no bag or header, but the joints are not loose. They move well. No stickiness. Only the glow-in-the-dark version has slight discoloration on the joints (photo 20). There is some stickiness on the surface. I do not have any pets, and no one in my family smokes. There are no noticeable scratches, marks, or paint peeling, but I may have overlooked something.
