Mysterious pendants from Ingal village in Niger, Africa, have been restocked. These items are made one by one by hand by the "Touareg tribe," a nomadic people who travel the Sahara Desert. Of course, each piece is a rare, one-of-a-kind item. Known as the "Blue People," the Touareg people of North Africa possess high craftsmanship and design sensibilities. They are Berber nomads who once dominated the Sahara Desert. Ingal is a village in a Sahara Desert oasis. Ingal pendants come in a wide variety of designs, from those inlaid with beautiful stones and colored glass to simple ones. This particular pendant features an unusual combination of silver metal and black glass, giving it a substantial feel. The tribal design, reminiscent of animal fangs, paisley, or even magatama (comma-shaped beads), is cool!!!! The silver metal is intricately crafted with native carvings.
