Nissen baby rain pants. The size is listed as 1, but I think it's around 80-90cm. Please compare the measurements with your own. Waist: 22cm, Inseam: 26.5cm, Shoulder elastic part: 10cm from the top of the waist (measured flat) I didn't wear it much, but it seems like I was dragging it, and there is damage to the hem (photos 3 and 4). It's pocketable and can be carried around (photo 5).
