This is a fully customized VOX Apache, rebuilt with a Telephantom configuration. It's practically a rebuild from the ground up. The cost of the custom parts alone makes this a great deal, so please take a look! 【Customization Details】 ・Neck The original short-scale neck has been replaced with a long-scale neck from a Fender Mexico Stratocaster. An oil-bone nut has been installed. Grover tuners have been installed. ・Body New Bigsby tremolo installed. New roller saddle bridge installed. The bridge position was relocated to accommodate the long-scale neck. The neck pocket was modified to create a neck angle of approximately 4 degrees. Volume POT: CTS pots installed, 2V1T configuration. New 3-position pickup selector switch installed. ・Pickups → Rear: Fender Texas Special TL rear pickup (bobbin slightly shaved to fit a pickup cover) → Front: Lindy Fralin Split blade It's been almost entirely rebuilt, and the original pickguard was remade because the hole positions no longer matched. 【Sound】 The sound has excellent clarity and a crisp, defined edge. It rings beautifully. The tone is more Stratocaster-like than Telecaster-like. Due to the pickup replacements, there is minimal noise and the sound is very clear. The low end is kept to a minimum, the mid-range has a pleasant airiness around 800Hz, and the high end doesn't get harsh or muddy even with heavy distortion. It's been finished as an easy-to-handle, unique guitar. 【Condition】 The neck angle has been adjusted and everything has been re-adjusted without shims, so the intonation is perfect. The string height is set at a low 2mm, allowing for surprisingly fast playing. (Photo 15) There are some paint chips on the neck pocket from sanding, but there are no incidents of dropping or damage.
