This is a pot by Tortoise Matsumoto. It's a prize, so it's quite old. I've taken it out of the box and looked at it a few times, but I haven't used it. There's a slight crack in the screw part on the back, but I think it can be used without any problems. It can also be used as interior decoration. If you understand that it has been stored at home, please consider purchasing it.
