These are Uniqlo cargo pants I bought several decades ago. They are made of thin fabric and are knee-length. The cuffs can be rolled up or tightened with a drawstring. *There are three small brown stains on the right thigh area (photos 10, 11, 12). Please forgive any other oversights.
