This is a commemorative item from the Doraemon feature film "Doraemon: Nobita and the Sun King Legend," which was released in theaters in 2000. Please see the photos for the condition. From my perspective, the medal itself has no scratches or stains, but the plastic case has some scratches. The Slide Puzzle itself has no noticeable scratches or stains, but I think there is some slight discoloration due to aging. The bag that the Slide Puzzle was in has some damage.
