This is a Spider-Man outer jacket! It's fleece-lined and thick, so you can wear it as outerwear, even though it's a hoodie! I bought it at Costco. The size is labeled as 7. It fit my child perfectly when they were around 122 cm tall, and they were able to wear it until about 3rd grade. Size-wise, I think it's around 125-135 cm. Since it's fleece-lined, there is some wear and tear on the fleece as shown in the photos.
