These items are sold separately: a pouch, a sacoche, and a strap. You can combine them to use as a shoulder bag by attaching the belt, or use the pouch on its own. I looked it up on the MUJI website, and the product name is "Freely Combinable Storage Case." I bought both thinking they might be good for carrying my phone, but I realized that I don't take my phone out that often when I'm out and about, so they turned out to be unnecessary for me. I've only used them about twice, so I think they're in good condition.
