These jeans are of an unknown brand, with no tags or leather patch, but they show a lot of attention to detail and the fabric is of good quality. I believe they are probably new, but I'll list them as "near new" condition. The back pockets have hidden rivets, selvedge denim, and there's an embroidery-like detail on the top of the coin pocket that resembles the selvedge.
