This is a habaki used for hunting and forestry. It's similar to gaiters used for mountaineering, but with different durability. It uses #5 canvas, making the fabric thick and strong. It prevents damage to boots and knee injuries in the undergrowth. It also makes less noise when walking, making it ideal for "stealth hunting." My family does stealth hunting. They used to use commercially available products, but they became difficult to obtain, so I made these. Unlike commercially available products, these are sewn with an industrial sewing machine and finished with a lock stitch, making them extremely durable. They are used with Daido Mighty forestry boots and Ganjyo boots. (They are neither too wide nor too narrow, as shown in the image.) Please inquire about bulk purchases.
