This is a Kotori romper I purchased at Birthday last year. It's made of a slightly thick sweatshirt-like fabric. It has ruffles on both shoulders and a black tulle ribbon on the chest. I don't see any noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. I will fold it up small and ship it via Yuu Yuu Mercari delivery.
