This is a Chinese tea set made of slightly milky white porcelain. I purchased it about 40 years ago at the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou. It includes one teapot, two teacups, and one tray. The three-dimensional narcissus (or similar flower) pattern on the sides is elegant.
