It's a set for large, vertically-oriented calligraphy paper, and the large and small brushes are thicker than those used at school. A dedicated mat and paperweights are also included. Please check the 9th photo, as there is some ink on the mat. I quit the lessons soon after starting, so I only used this once for a Tanabata (Star Festival) artwork and have been storing it at home since. *The paper boxes for the mat and paperweights have my name written on them.
