This is a delay pedal released by Tokai. It's believed to be from the early 80s. It's a valuable vintage analog delay made in Japan, and is quite rare now. The exterior shows signs of wear, but the sound is fine. The red lamp lights up. The rubber on the foot switch is missing. I think it's perfect for playing rockabilly and oldies.
