This is a Miffy hand mirror that I purchased last year and used a few times. The spring is not loose. The mirror has Miffy's face on it. Since there is no protective film on the mirror surface, I will wipe it with alcohol and then wrap it before sending it. *Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this is stored and packaged by an amateur.
