This is a collar for cats from "Cat Prince, the Cat Clothing Store." I bought it several years ago at a "Cat Prince, the Cat Clothing Store" event at a department store in Ginza. I was so excited and thought, "How cute?!" and bought several items, but sadly, my cat didn't like wearing collars and wouldn't let me put them on her. Now that cat is gone, so I'm selling this.
