This is a Citizen Deluxe 19-jewel hand-winding watch (considered junk). Unfortunately, it stops after running for a few hours (the crown is stiff and won't wind fully). However, it's accurate enough to use for outings of about half a day. It requires careful handling. You can use it as is, or use it for your collection, parts, or repair.
