I purchased this on Mercari a few years ago, but I only tested its operation and it has been stored in a storage shed on the veranda. I re-tested its operation with single batteries (x8), and I tried it with J balls, C balls, and hardballs, and the tosses worked without any problems. If you purchase Field Force's special net, you can also set up an auto-return system.
