I purchased these doll boots new, and while they seem like they might fit a 1/3 scale doll based on a size comparison, they are labeled as 1/4 scale. I haven't been able to confirm this as I don't currently have a 1/3 scale doll. The boots are put on using the zipper at the back. The buckles have sparkling, glass-like stones.
