I purchased this item from this site. There are minor scratches and discoloration on the front and back of the case. The lyric card is signed. The lyric card also has some discoloration and is old, with some stains, but there are no problems with its use. The CD itself plays without any issues. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about used items or home storage. I am also selling Yuko Kanzaki's Crescendo.
