Navy hooded mountain parka made with waterproof material. It has excellent functionality, like pockets and zippers for passing through sleeves, typical of snowboard wear. It's an item from about 30 years ago, as I used it in my teens, passed down from my father. The inside of the hood has some hydrolysis, so please check.
