I don't know much about the item. It's a thin, smooth-feeling vessel. I'm not even sure if it's a tea ceremony utensil. I apologize. There is some soiling from long-term storage, but I think it's best not to wash it, so I will ship it as is. I have never used it, but I will list it as "Like New". Please understand that this is an old, used item, and if you are interested, please consider purchasing it. There are no smokers, but I do have a cat.
