The tissue case can hold standard-sized tissues, and with the added depth, it can also hold a towel handkerchief. It does not have Velcro or a band clip. I use a disappearing ink pen (air-erasable or water-erasable), so there may be some marks from the pen, but please rest assured that they will disappear with washing. I have made this item with care, but as it is a handmade item by an amateur, there may be slight misalignments, wrinkles, distortions, crooked stitches, or re-stitched areas.
