Regarding the main unit's battery, testing revealed that after 2 hours of use with noise-canceling enabled from a full charge, the left side had 70% remaining, and the right side had 50% remaining, as announced. The left side hasn't degraded much since purchase, but the right side's continuous usage time seems to have decreased by about 2 hours. Charging from the battery case works without any problems, so it should be fine for all-day use. The package, instruction manual, and all accessories are included. The main unit, the attached ear tips, and the charging case have been disinfected with alcohol. The replacement ear tips and charging cable included in the package are unused.
