I'm selling this because I can no longer wear it due to my age. It's knee-length and high-waisted, which makes you look good. It's labeled as size 4, which seems to correspond to a size 9 in Japan. I don't think there are any stains or frays on the fabric. I'll also include a light blue summer cardigan as a bonus.
