Purchased new at retail price. The heel area has been reinforced with Shoe Goo. I reinforce my sneakers with Shoe Goo from new, so, to put it positively, there isn't much wear and tear. For size, I usually wear a Nike size 27, but these fit without any issues. Good condition. Still perfectly usable.
