This is a 13 Biomaster SW8000HG. I've used it for fishing only twice. There are slight scratches from the rod holder. The reeling feels smooth, but there's a slight gritty feeling. Considering the number of times and the duration of use, it hasn't been subjected to enough stress to cause this, and it might be a characteristic of the product itself, but please consider this carefully if you are concerned.
