I bought these from SHEIN, but I haven't had a chance to wear them, so they're only tried on. The sequins sparkle and are cute. I think they would fit someone who wears a 24.5-25cm size. They've only been tried on, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly sensitive to such things.
