This is a memo pad from the Showa retro era, housed in a plastic case. When opened like a compact, it has a mirror inside, and the square memo paper inside features the same illustration as the outer box. I haven't counted the memo sheets, so I'm unsure if all the sheets are present. Flipping through them, I didn't notice any stains.
